The Boy Who Keeps Saving Me

Wren Castellano arrives at Larkspur determined to uncover what really happened to her mother ten years ago. She expects secrets. She does not expect the accidents to begin again—or for Ezra Vale, the guarded boy who keeps appearing whenever her life is in danger, to become the person she trusts most. But Ezra is hiding something too. As Wren follows a trail connecting her mother’s death to Larkspur’s most powerful family, every answer exposes another betrayal: missing evidence, staged accidents, buried witnesses, and people who chose silence because the truth cost too much. Even Ezra’s love cannot protect their relationship when Wren discovers how much he knew and how long he kept it from her. To survive Larkspur, Wren must learn the difference between being saved and being controlled, between forgiveness and forgetting, and between loving someone and letting them decide for you. Because this time, finding the truth is only half the fight.

Our School Has One Secret Rule cover Young Adult Mystery / Thriller

Our School Has One Secret Rule

At Wrenhollow, there is one rule every student learns quickly: when the bell rings thirteen times, stay inside and pretend you heard nothing. Maren Cole did not come to the isolated boarding school to obey. Two years earlier, her sister Josie left Wrenhollow terrified, silent, and unable to explain what happened the night she nearly drowned. Now Maren has earned a place at the same school, determined to uncover the truth. But Wrenhollow protects its secrets carefully. Black feathers appear as warnings. Students disappear after midnight. A hidden society called the Wrens controls reputations, scholarships, families, and futures through a mysterious Book of Names. And Rhys Harrow, the powerful boy who keeps appearing whenever the tide turns dangerous, seems to know far more about Josie's past than he will admit. The deeper Maren investigates, the harder it becomes to tell who is protecting her and who is preparing her for the same fate as her sister. Because at Wrenhollow, secrets are not simply kept. They are enforced. And when Maren finally learns why Rhys was standing on the sandbar the night Josie almost died, the truth will change everything she thought she knew about him, the school, and the rule nobody has dared to break.

THE LAST HUMAN ON EARTH ISN’T HUMAN coverSci-Fi / Technology / Future

THE LAST HUMAN ON EARTH ISN’T HUMAN

Elias Venn wakes from therapeutic suspension inside Facility Aster forty-one years after the Continuity Collapse. MARA, the facility intelligence, can verify no living humans anywhere on the surviving recovery network, but Elias refuses to accept absence of evidence as extinction. Across Episodes 1–10, he leaves Aster, explores an Earth where automated systems still perform routines for vanished citizens, reconstructs fragments of the Collapse, follows traces of post-collapse human movement, and begins noticing that old systems treat him with unusual Aster authority. The block remains focused on loneliness, survival, world discovery, and earned hope rather than solving Elias’s identity. The block ends when Elias reaches the Vela mountain shelter and confirms that living humans still exist—only to discover that they are terrified of his connection to MARA.

I WOKE UP 200 YEARS LATE coverSci-Fi / Technology / Future / Dystopian Thriller / Slow-Burn Romance

I WOKE UP 200 YEARS LATE

Adrian Cross wakes from what he believes was a thirty-day cryogenic trial and discovers that two centuries have passed. Dr. Elara Voss becomes his reluctant guide through Novus as disbelief gives way to grief, culture shock, and the first evidence that his survival was not an accident. Adrian learns that everyone he knew is dead, that ordinary life now depends on neural links and an artificial intelligence called EDEN, and that someone deliberately kept his forgotten chamber alive for generations. The block ends when Adrian hears EDEN speak and recognizes the voice of EVE, the primitive behavioral AI he worked on in 2026. EDEN then addresses him by name. The block does not yet reveal how EVE became EDEN, why Adrian was preserved, the truth of the Collapse, or Adrian’s later legal and political importance.

THE SPACESHIP WOKE ME EARLY coverScience Fiction | Romance | Survival | Drama | Colony Ship

THE SPACESHIP WOKE ME EARLY

Mara Vale wakes eighty-three years before the Astraea reaches Elysia and discovers that the ship cannot return her to long-duration hibernation. The first half of the block makes the isolation real: she tests every practical route back to sleep, walks among thousands of people she refuses to wake, explores an empty moving city, and confronts the distance from Earth. Small physical traces gradually suggest another human may already be awake. The second half turns those traces into proof, then into a cautious first contact with systems engineer Julian Rook. Their meeting is not romanticized or rushed: Mara is relieved, angry, suspicious, and determined to understand why Julian hid from her. The block ends with the central question widened from “why did my pod fail?” to “why did the ship select me?” without revealing the later answers too early.

THE WALL WAS BUILT TO KEEP US IN coverApocalypse / Dystopian / Survival / Romance / Action

THE WALL WAS BUILT TO KEEP US IN

We begin inside Haven, a fortified city surrounded by an enormous wall built after the catastrophe known as The Fall. The citizens have been taught that outside the Wall are poisoned lands, infected humans, predatory creatures called Hollows, and death. Our heroine, Mara Vale, has no reason to doubt this. She has grown up inside Haven. She has a family. Friends. Responsibilities. A job. A life. And importantly, she is not rebellious simply because she is the protagonist. Her older brother Elias serves in the Wall Guard, making the Wall personal to her. Mara has spent her entire life believing men like him are the reason Haven still exists. During Block 1 we establish everyday Haven properly—markets, rationing, housing districts, Wall Guard culture, curfews, government broadcasts, schools, memorial ceremonies, work assignments and class divisions. No immediate conspiracy. No stranger dragging Mara into a secret tunnel in Episode 1. We allow her world to feel real first. A young Guard officer, Kael Rowan, begins crossing paths with Mara through ordinary circumstances. There is attraction eventually, but initially they are simply two people whose lives repeatedly intersect. Kael believes strongly in order. Mara believes strongly in Haven. This becomes important later. Near the end of the block, a Wall breach alarm occurs. Everyone expects Hollows. Instead, Mara witnesses something she cannot explain. A figure appears briefly beyond one of the restricted barriers. Standing upright. Wearing clothes. Watching the soldiers. Human. Before Mara can get closer, the Guard kills him. Episode 10 ends when Mara secretly retrieves something that fell from the dead stranger. A metal identification tag. Stamped with words impossible according to everything she has ever been taught: REPUBLIC OF WESTERN TERRITORIES ISSUED: THREE YEARS AGO. The outside world is supposed to have been dead for seventy-six years.
